Sport and performance have always played an important role in my life. Daily training and weekends filled with competition were a big part of my youth. While today, I find my challenges and successes in my job, I am still closely connected to competitive and professional sports through my sister, who competes as cross country mountain biker. - I have been working as a coach since 2010 and have years of experience working with top management and executives in several large German companies.
- 2012 Completion of my coaching training, certified by the German Federal Coaching Association DBVC e.V.
- 2020 completion of my mental trainer training at the German Mental Trainer Academy e.V.
- 2010 Completion of my master’s degree in business management in Göttingen.
- 2007 Completed my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Leavenworth / Kansas (USA).
- Numerous further training courses, e.g. in the areas of aptitude diagnostics, recruiting, communication, leadership, conflict resolution and change management.
