JUDITH WÄLDE
Coach, Mental trainer, Mediator.
Leading confidently when the going gets tough.
I support executives, teams, and companies whenever the going gets tough: when unpleasant personnel decisions have to be made, conflicts are simmering, or separations are inevitable.
My why.
Difficult and unpleasant conversations are part of leadership. But many shy away from them.
During my time as a human resources manager and executive, I experienced how uncertainty and lack of preparation can exacerbate difficult situations. I have seen how good leadership can grow in such moments. And how easy it is to lose long-established trust with the wrong words.
That's why I now support managers and organizations in these situations. When things get challenging, what's needed above all is attitude and clarity. I help to provide the necessary structure and create a safe environment for everyone involved.
Practical Experience.
In over 15 years of professional experience in large corporations and medium-sized companies, I have experienced many ups and downs.
From termination and warning meetings to short-notice board meetings, deadlocked negotiations, and site closures: I know how it feels when things get serious.
As a manager, I had to make unpleasant decisions, and as an HR manager, I explained short-time work and salary cuts to hundreds of employees at town hall meetings.
These experiences enable me to put myself in your shoes and work with you to find the right methods and tools for you and your concerns.
